    2. Description in your own words of Social Bookmarking Social Bookmarking has two basic components. The first is that it allows a person to upload their current bookmarks to a safe, off site location to backup that information. Because it is off site, it also allows a person to access their bookmarks from any computer. The second component of social bookmarking is the fact that these web sites allow for sharing of bookmarks. If you allow access to your bookmarks, you are providing others with a jump start to a topic.
    3. Application: Because I teach students basic researching skills, I will teach students how to set up a Delicious page so that they can access their bookmarks both here at school and also at home.

    5. Video Widget This video is a little hard to hear at times, but does a nice job of starting from scratch and telling exactly what to do to sign up for Delicious.
    6. Reflection on Social Bookmarking: Social bookmarking is wonderful! It saved me from having to yell at my tech person a couple of times (just kidding!) But having your computer crash, this back-up is great! I haven't used the sharing aspect that much yet, but I can definitely see the benefits. Just going on and doing a couple of searches provided potential links that I probably wouldn't have found without Delicious.
